Last Full Moon Before Sunrise

The last full moon  hiding behind the South Pole Telescope.

The sun will be back up in less than a month and this is the time of twilight. We took advantage of the good weather conditions this week and have used the moon to measure the far field characteristics of the BICEP telescope. As if this was not enough, on my way out to the lab, I was greeted by a great halo that the moon cast around the South Pole Telescope.

I have been getting some errors for the tag links on this site since the latest software update. I found a solution for this problem and everything seems to work fine again. Thanks to those of you who sent in the error reports.
